3 Bed Semi Detached House

The property had a small walkway area infront of the bay window, a driveway covered the rest of the front property, which ran down the full lengh of the house. This was concrete.

At the rear was a small patio area, indian sandstone.

The whole area was deep cleaned, chemically treated then rinsed down, including all garden walls.

The work was completed with all windows, doors and cladding cleaned and rinsed

3 Bed Semi Detached Corner House

The property had a walkway to the front of the property than ran around the side of the house, to the rear side of the property was a driveway, this was all block paving.

The back yard was made up of paving stones and a concrete pad.

The whole area was deep cleaned, chemically treated and rinsed down. The block paved area was not required to be re-sanded on this occasion as they was doing this themselves. I have included the price this would have been if the customer would have taken this service.
