Our Prices
Please note that these are guide prices, in most cases discounts are offered when more than 1 service is required as I am already at the property and setup. So for example I wouldnt charge the full rate to clean garden walls when cleaning a driveway or patio, these are usually discounted a lot and in some cases I dont charge anything more.
Our prices are calculated by square meters and meters when cleaning. If additional time is required to clear and remove grrenery and growth that normal pressure washing wont remove, this is charged by the hour for clearing and per bag for waste removal if supplied by us. Our pricing has been created to allow customers to bespoke the services they require. Urban Pride can provide a full service down to the basics.
Pressure Washing
Includes deep clean, chemical treatments and rinse to leave transformed.

Re-Sanding
Includes supply of sand and labour.

Jointing/Pointing
Price includes the removal of old nortor or jointing compound, material supply and labour.

Walls
This varies depending on the material due to the type of cleaning required - All include appropriate chemicals and cleaning methods to leave the area transformed.
K-Rend - £7 per m2
Metal and PVC - £6 per m2
Brick and Stone - £4.50 per m2
Gutter, Fascia and Soffit
Gutter Clearance - £5 per Meter
Gutter Outside, Soffit and Fascia Clean - £6 per Meter
Clearance and Clean Combined - £9.50 per Meter
Windows and Solar Panels
These prices are for one off cleans, regular cleans are discounted.
2-3 Bed House - £30
4 Bed House - £45
Bungalow - £25
Conservatory and Orangeries - £10 - £20 - Depending on Size
Solar Panels - £8 per Panel
